Cookies~
Directions
1. In a mixing bowl, add butter & jaggery powder. Whisk them together until they become light & fluffy.
2. Now in a sifter, add all dry ingredients and sift in the wet ingredients. Add milk as well and using a spatula fold all ingredients well and then use your hands to make a dough.
3. Add chocolate chunks to it and mix once more time. Keep in refrigerator for 20 min.
4. I am using Hauswirt C45 Countertop Toaster Oven. Set the temperature to pre-heat the oven at 350F.
5. Take out the dough from refrigerator and using a scooper, scoop out the dough to make cookies on a baking sheet lined up with parchment paper.
6. Bake in oven at 350F for 12-15 min & let them cool down after that. Chewy Eggless Chocolate Chip Cookies are ready to be enjoyed with a cup of milk.
